Job Opportunity: CST/ORT - OR (Travel)

Location: Corsicana, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM), may require flexibility into later afternoon/evening
Call: Rotating during week and weekends (no 48-hour guarantees, no block scheduling)
Orientation: 1 shift
Max Return to Office (RTO): 36 hours
Floating: Not required

Job Description

Surgical Technologists prepare the operating room, including the sterile field, surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions. During surgery, they pass instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon and manage surgical equipment and the sterile field. They also perform counts of sponges and supplies to prevent retained foreign objects.

• OB/GYN

Scrubs are provided. Patient ratio is 1:1.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential (NBSTSA/CST)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of CST experience

Contract Length

• 13 weeks (interpreted from contract_length value)

Additional Notes

• Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
