Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Management
Location: Peoria, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Job Details
- Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius.
- Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
- Call-off policy allows up to 12 hours off every 13 weeks without penalty or shift payment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- Candidates must provide last four digits of SSN, middle initial, and requested time off during submission.
