RN (Registered Nurse) — Boise, Idaho

Overview

  • 13-week contract
  • Day shift
  • 40 hours per week
  • Outpatient clinical oncology setting

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of outpatient oncology experience
  • BLS certification
  • Able to start IVs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oncology certification preferred
  • Triage experience preferred
  • Radiation oncology experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Triage
  • Outgoing phone calls
  • Phone assessments
  • Patient education
  • Care coordination
  • Assessments

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • 8-hour shifts, with possible 9-hour shifts

Floating

  • May float to outpatient oncology sites in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Fruitland

Orientation

  • 3 to 10 days of orientation

Work Environment

  • Nurse supervisor on site daily
  • Travelers are not left alone during shifts
  • Clean, professional attire required
