Required Qualifications

• Level I experience in the specialty being submitted to
• 2 years of core experience in the specialty being submitted to
• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
• Arizona license in hand preferred is listed separately below; no license is explicitly required in the source
• Cerner EMR experience is required for ED
• Previous travel experience required for ED and Neuro ICU
• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24–48 hours prior to acceptance, with a maximum of 2 attempts, for the listed units

Preferred

• Arizona license in hand
• Experience in ED/Trauma, portables, OR

Additional Notes

• Weekly orientations are on Mondays, except during holiday weeks
• Candidates cannot work another assignment/contract at the same time
• Travelers must have their own vehicle
• No facial piercings and only natural hair colors
• Teal scrubs
• Onboarding must be complete by 1 pm CST Wednesday before start
• The facility will not consider contracts shorter than 13 weeks
• Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams
• 50-mile radius restriction
• Facility checks driver’s license for permanent address
• Manager interview required
• Travelers may be expected to have nursing students present, as this is a teaching hospital
