Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend minimum, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Job Description

Seeking an LPN traveler with experience in Long Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience working in LTC/SNF facilities
Valid Nebraska LPN license or compact LPN license
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience with Point Click Care electronic health record system

Additional Information

No on-call or call-back responsibilities
Local placement within an 80-mile radius
Flexible scheduling options available
Guaranteed minimum 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts
Workweek runs Sunday through Saturday

Notes for Candidates

A $500 fee applies if the clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days’ notice
Housing options may be available with local rates applied if utilized
