Job Opportunity: Clinical Dietitian
Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and holidays off.
- Manage the nutritional needs of patients according to procedural and diet manuals.
- Develop and implement nutritional programs.
- Provide direction to food service employees regarding nutrition services for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credential from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
- Certified Dietitian by the State of Washington within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to lift 7 pounds overhead.
- Ability to push/pull a tray cart 300 feet.
- Experience and/or knowledge in:
- Clinical nutrition
- Parenteral and enteral nutrition
- Nutritional assessment
- Program development
- Quality assurance
