Registered Nurse — Med Surg / Telemetry
Location: Richmond, Kentucky
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Previous nursing experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
- Provide direct patient care, including rounds, treatments, and nursing interventions
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient/family education
- Communicate changes in patient condition and collaborate with the care team
- Delegate and oversee patient care tasks appropriately
- Support quality improvement activities and documentation monitoring
