Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on a culturally and age-specific model promoting partnership between patients, families, and healthcare team.
Adhere to the American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics and Ohio Nurse Practice Act scope of practice.
Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department specializing in adult cardiac care and complex internal medicine.
Collaborate with an all-RN nursing staff and multidisciplinary emergency care team including board-certified emergency medicine physicians and trauma surgeons.
Utilize excellent critical thinking skills in a high-pressure environment.
