• On call once a month
• 36 hours per week, 12 hours per day

Job Description

• Entry-level position working under supervision to develop competencies in cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services for adult and pediatric patients.
• Provides patient-centric care in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, urgent care, and outreach clinics.
• Prepares patients for procedures and correlates clinical history with physician orders.
• Uses specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment to perform diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures.
• Conducts post-procedure reviews to ensure quality and documentation standards are met.
• Transfers images and data to archival systems and prepares studies for physician reporting.
• Performs quality control, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment according to guidelines.
• Participates in continuing education and professional development to maintain competencies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist, including experience within the last year.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients.
