Location: Antigo, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour variable shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every weekend and every other holiday as applicable
Float Requirements: May float to similar units internally, including med/surg patients occasionally; may float to nearby locations
Patient Ratio & Unit Size: 2 ICU beds with 2 flex beds; 1 ICU RN per shift
Unit Characteristics: Functions similarly to step-down units with occasional ventilator patients
Scrubs: Provided, but personal scrubs allowed

Radius Rule: Must live outside a 50-mile radius (expires 7/10)
Contract includes eligibility for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
Travelers may be placed on call for low census hours; call back pay applies with a 2-hour minimum
Flu and COVID vaccination required during flu season; unvaccinated travelers must wear a mask at all times per policy, with no exceptions or exemptions
