Job Overview

Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Schedule

12-hour variable shifts
Majority of shifts fall between early morning and late evening, with occasional overnight flexibility
Every other weekend and every other holiday
On-call requirement: 12 hours in a 6-week period, with a 30-minute response time

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
3 to 6 months or more of total travel experience
BLS
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
TNCC
PALS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients
Experience with Epic

Clinical Setting

18-bed Emergency Department
Trauma Level II
Fast-paced environment
Patient mix includes stroke, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, and respiratory cases

Additional Details

May float to other locations
Epic charting experience required
Low-census/on-call assignment may occur during eligible low-census hours
Flu/COVID vaccine declination requires continuous masking during flu season
