Mammography Technician

Overview

• Travel assignment in Waupaca, Wisconsin
• Primary location: ThedaCare Waupaca
• Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour day shifts, between 7a-7p
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Details

• Mammo/Xray tech; must do both
• Multi-modality assignment
• Float scope: throughout the facility within skillset, and to other ThedaCare facilities as needed within 60 miles
• No call or callback

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R)
• Wisconsin state license
• AHA BLS
• 1-2+ years of mammography experience and x-ray experience
• At least one completed contract
• Initial mammo training: 40 hours, with 8 hours in each modality

Schedule

• Weekends as needed
• Holidays as needed
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Additional Notes

• No travelers coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 miles of the Neenah, WI campus
• No travelers coming from a facility or home location within 50 miles of the Neenah, WI campus
• Scrub color: any color except full black
• Orientation is 8 hours and is unbillable
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of orientation
