- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Contract Length
- 20 weeks
- 13 weeks also accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- NIH Stroke Certification
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- Monthly HHS/OIG screening
- FBI and BCI fingerprinting
- Education verification
- Primary source license verification within 30 days of start
- Nursys verification within 30 days of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation or approved exemptions
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Eye exam within 1 year of start
- Skills checklist
- Employment application with 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years in acute care and a similar area to the assignment
