Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with 2 years of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT (MR)

Additional Requirements

• Radiation badge required; must be provided by the agency
• Radiation exposure attestation required before start
• Background check required within 1 year of start and updated annually
• Government-issued photo ID required
• Physical exam within 90 days of start
• Fit test within 90 days of start and renewed annually
• Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
• TB screening or chest X-ray required within 90 days of start
• Measles, mumps, and rubella documentation required
• Hepatitis B documentation required
• Varicella documentation required
• 10-panel drug screen required within 90 days of start
• Flu vaccination documentation or approved exemption required for the 2025–26 flu season
• COVID vaccination is highly preferred; declination accepted if not provided
• South Carolina state exclusion list required
• Skills checklist required
• Competency exam required
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required
• Orientation modules must be completed within 5 days after start
• Photo for badge required
• Personal appearance and dress code policy review required
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
