Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Nebraska
Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
High school diploma
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Driver's License
Government-issued photo ID
Background check
SAM screening
OIG screening
Education verification
Nebraska DHHS Adult & Child Services Registry search
State license verification, as applicable
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
Physical exam
Fit test
Tdap/Tetanus vaccination within the last 10 years
TB clearance or chest x-ray
MMR immunity or vaccination
