Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with High Risk patients
- 2 years of experience in a high-acuity, high-pace environment
- Experience with Epic
Required Experience / Skills
- High-risk Labor and Delivery experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
- Circulate in the delivery room
- Provide newborn care, including eyes and thighs assessments, vitamin K injections, and newborn assessments
- Experience with heparin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate
- Experience with electronic fetal monitoring
- Ability to float to postpartum, antepartum, and sister facilities that do Mother/Baby
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS
- AWHONN Advanced
- AWHONN Intermediate
- 5 years of high-risk experience
Schedule Notes
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed
- Pre-approved time off is reviewed case by case
- First-time travelers are accepted
Additional Notes
- EPIC experience is required
- Staffing follows AWHONN guidelines
