  • Travel/Contract role in Dallas, Texas
  • Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
  • 36 hours per week
  • 13-week contract
  • Float required
  • Every other weekend required
  • Accepts first-time travelers
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Intermediate Care (1 year of experience)
  • Intermediate Care experience within the last year
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with Epic

  • Copy of a valid government-issued photo ID or passport required
  • E-Verify or attestation required
  • 2 professional references within 3 years of hire required
  • Physical exam required within 12 months of start
  • Fit test completed onsite during orientation
  • Tdap required
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 90 days of start
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series with positive titer, or signed facility-specific declination form, required
  • Varicella immunity documentation or vaccination required
  • Measles immunity documentation or vaccination required
  • Mumps immunity documentation or vaccination required
  • Rubella immunity documentation or vaccination required
  • 10-panel drug test required within 30 days of start
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
  • Background check required within 30 days of start
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM check required within 30 days of start
  • HHS/OIG check required within 30 days of start
  • Photo for badge required
  • Job description must be signed prior to start
