Surgical Process Lead

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
• Night shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
• 13-week contract
• For the first three weeks of orientation, the traveler will work first shift (9:00 AM–5:30 PM) to get familiar with the unit

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of experience in leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Lifting heavy items
• Transporting patients
• Cleaning and turning over rooms

Required Documents and Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check

• State license verification
• NURSYS verification
• Primary source verification within 30 days of start
• Fingerprinting within 48 hours of signed contract
• Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprinting and attestation
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask within 12 months of start
• Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• Rubeola, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and drug testing requirements
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
