Overview
- Travel/contract ICU float pool RN role in West Hollywood, California.
- Start dates: 11/16, 12/7, and 12/14.
- Contract lengths: 13 weeks for 11/16; 8 weeks for 12/7 and 12/14.
- Shift: Day, 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30.
- Weekend requirement: Yes.
- Floating is required.
Unit / Float Scope
- ICU float pool.
- May float to MS, Tele, PCU, Overflow, and PACU units when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year.
- 2 years of Critical Care Float experience.
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI.
- NIHSS.
- Experience in a Large Hospital setting.
- Flu vaccine required; declinations are not accepted.
- Must be able to work all holidays.
- No RTO.
- EKG exam on the first day of orientation must be passed to continue.
Preferred
- PA line/Swan Ganz experience.
