Position Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

Facility & Job Specific Requirements
- Background Check: Required within 6 months of start; includes SSN trace, 7-year county residence, nationwide search, sex offender search, and international search if applicable
- Education Verification: Required; diploma or transcript acceptable if verification unavailable
- Physical Exam: Required within 1 year, updated annually
- Immunizations & Health Requirements:
- TDAP vaccine within last 10 years (no declinations accepted for new hires)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: Titer or 2 vaccines required (no declinations accepted for new hires)
- Hepatitis B: Vaccine series, positive titer, or signed declination accepted
- Flu Vaccine: Required year-round; medical or religious exemptions allowed with facility approval; must be updated annually
- Drug Testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days required
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required but accepted if available
