Position Details

  • Background Check: Required within 6 months of start; includes SSN trace, 7-year county residence, nationwide search, sex offender search, and international search if applicable
  • Education Verification: Required; diploma or transcript acceptable if verification unavailable
  • Physical Exam: Required within 1 year, updated annually
  • Immunizations & Health Requirements:
    • TDAP vaccine within last 10 years (no declinations accepted for new hires)
    • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
    • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: Titer or 2 vaccines required (no declinations accepted for new hires)
    • Hepatitis B: Vaccine series, positive titer, or signed declination accepted
    • Flu Vaccine: Required year-round; medical or religious exemptions allowed with facility approval; must be updated annually
    • Drug Testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days required
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required but accepted if available
