Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

License: Massachusetts state license required (LPC). Pending or conditional license accepted while permanent license is being processed. Must apply for temporary and permanent MA license upon offer.
Experience: Less than 1 year of experience required in Social Services specialty.
Traveler Experience: First-time travelers accepted; prior travel experience not required.
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA Provider, Instructor, or RQI acceptable)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and other certifications as required (refer to specific job details)
Background Checks:
- 7-year criminal background check (including all aliases)
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Education verification or official transcript
- Massachusetts Statewide iCORI clearance
Health Requirements:
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask test within 1 year (or onsite testing arranged)
- Adult TDAP vaccine within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray as applicable
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) immunity or vaccination
- Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination series
- Varicella immunity or vaccination
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- COVID booster documentation or declination

Facility accepts locals at travel rate.
No call or float requirements.
Various facility-specific documents and policies must be reviewed and signed prior to start.
Photo for badge required (passport-style, light background).
