Job Overview
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 07:30 - 18:00
- Weekly schedule includes floating among procedure areas
- On-call requirement: 2 weekends per month and 1 weeknight per month
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License

Health and Compliance Requirements
- Influenza vaccine proof required October through March, or approved exemption documentation
- TB testing within the last 6 months with negative results
- MMR immunity documentation or booster series if not immune
- Varicella immunity documentation or booster series if not immune
- Hepatitis B immunity, full vaccine series, or signed declination
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Criminal background check within 6 months of start
- OIG search within 6 months prior to start
- SAM, EPLS, GSA, and OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start
- Ohio fingerprints and required fingerprint-based background screening
- I-9 attestation
- Module completion certificate prior to clearance
Work Setting
- Interventional Radiology department with body IR, neuro IR, CT interventional, US interventional, and a 12-bed pre/post area
