Schedule

• 07:00 - 17:30
• 24/7 on-call coverage
• 11–12 days per 6-week schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience with balloon pump, Impella, OCT, IVUS, Inari, and FFR
• Temporary licenses are not accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Cupid documentation familiarity

Onboarding Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• 2-step TB test or QuantiFERON/T-SPOT
• Drug screen
• Influenza vaccine documentation or approved exemption process
• MMR immunity documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
• Fit test
• Physical exam stating ability to work without restrictions
