Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services. The position requires working four 10-hour shifts per week.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician or X-Ray Technologist, with experience within the last year
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Fit Test (specific to mask type if applicable)
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start date
• COVID-19 vaccination proof (including booster by Sept 2025), or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start
• Influenza vaccine or approved declination/exemption for current flu season
• 2-step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest x-ray within last year (Michigan-specific)
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Tdap vaccination or approved declination (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
• Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
• Color vision test

Professional and Background Requirements

• Signed code of conduct and confidentiality agreements
• Completion of standard employment eligibility verification (I-9)
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years, including SSN verification
• Education verification (highest level of academic education)
• Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) dated within 30 days of start
• Conflict of interest disclosure form
• Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start

• Specialty-specific skills checklist will be provided by the agency.
• Compliance with all health and professional requirements is mandatory for assignment start.
