Job Opportunity: Polysomnography Technologist

Location: Grand Haven, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Work Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Flexible with days of the week

Required Certifications & Credentials

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist)
• Meditech experience preferred

Experience Requirements

• Specialty: Polysomnography Technologist

Immunization & Health Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of September 2025 booster, declination or exemption accepted except for CA or IL

• Influenza Vaccine: Required for flu season 10/1/2024 – 4/30/2025 (and subsequent season)
• Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
• Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine required; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction
• TB Screening: Positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year (Michigan-specific)
• Fit Test: Required
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work

Drug Screening

• 9 or 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days prior to start (NO THC)

Background & Professional Requirements

• Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county (last 7 years), SSN verification, employment verification (7 years)
• Education Verification: Highest academic degree or diploma/GED verified
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
• OIG/GSA Exclusion check within 30 days
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days, including Michigan statewide check
• Trinity-specific forms and agreements required (confidentiality, conflict of interest, integrity and audit services, system access)
• Resume, skills checklist (within 1 year), and 2 professional references required

Additional Notes

• All documentation must be uploaded into the vendor management system prior to onboarding
• Compliance with all listed credential and screening requirements is mandatory for assignment start and continuation
