PACU RN (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit)

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Shift: 5 to 8 hour shifts, plus on-call duties

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Must have prior PACU experience

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island
Minimum of 2 years of PACU (Post Anesthesia Care) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree

Additional Information

Must complete all required orientation packets, testing, and documentation prior to start
Annual completion of COVID and flu policy forms required
All immunization documentation must include patient name, date of birth, date administered, and provider/clinic information

Experience
