Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - MST (Float Pool)

Job Description

Seeking an experienced MST RN to join the Float Pool team. The role requires floating between multiple campuses and units, including ED Holds as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent MST experience
• Licensure: Must have a New Jersey or Compact RN license at the time of submission
• Certifications:

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIH
• Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Vaccination: Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
• Uniform: Navy blue scrub color
• EMR System: Cerner

Additional Information

• Any RN who calls off a scheduled shift must make up the missed shift within the same week. Overtime is not permitted for make-up shifts. If the shift cannot be made up within the same week, the assignment end date will be extended accordingly.
• Background checks, drug screening, competency exams, and various health screenings are required as part of the onboarding process.
