Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Position Overview

• Work under the direction of Radiologists, supervisors, and Radiology management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, residents, support personnel, patients, and other health professionals.
• Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Use a variety of imaging equipment and technology, demonstrating required competencies.
• Follow proper safety guidelines for self, support staff, and patients.
• Communicate effectively to foster teamwork and ensure high-quality patient service.
• Maintain flexibility to work at various locations, shift times, and lengths.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support optimal patient care.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Start times between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM
• Must be able to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to on-call pager including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends

Contract Length

• Approximately 13 weeks (92 days ≈ 13 weeks)

Required Qualifications

• Nuclear Medicine Technologist license required
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, efficient, and able to multitask

• Ability to maintain safety standards and effective communication with patients and team members
