Required Qualifications

  • Indiana RN license or compact RN license
  • BLS through AHA
  • At least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary experience
  • At least 1 year of experience at a like-sized facility (450+ beds)
  • At least 1 year of MedSurg experience at a large hospital (450+ beds)

Schedule Requirements

  • 3 weekend shifts in 4 weeks

Unit Details

  • General medical-surgical nursing care
  • Floats to other medical units as needed
  • Patient ratio: 1:5-6

Orientation

  • 8 hours of non-billable orientation
  • Jump Start orientation includes 1 day of general hospital orientation and approximately 5 days of nursing orientation

Additional Notes

  • Local clinicians within 50 miles are subject to a 12% rate reduction
  • Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment
  • Caribbean Blue scrubs required
