Contract Length

- Days, 4x10 variable day shifts
Unit Details
- Endoscopy/GI Lab
- 3 suites
- Patient ratio: 1:1
Required Qualifications
- Previous GI experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- PALS
- Must be in state for the week of orientation
- Driver’s license must be submitted
Responsibilities
- Intraprocedural patient care
- Charting
- Tool and scope cleaning
Common Cases
- Colonoscopy
- EUS
- ERCP
- Bronchs
- Ion
- Pulmonary cases on Wednesdays and Fridays
Schedule and Call
- Self-scheduling with unit coverage needs balanced
- 1 night of call per week
- 1 weekend of call every 6 weeks
- Holiday call required
- Call response time: 30 minutes
Floating
- Floating required
Additional Details
- Hospital-provided scrubs
- Techs or nurse aides are available in the department
- Unit orientation is in the Endo lab
- Hiring process includes profile review with MedSol Clinical and an interview with the unit manager at the facility
- Radius: 60 miles
