Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp Position

Job Overview

• Single opening available; travel pairs will not be considered.
• Position requires proficiency in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy.
• Services include treatment for a wide variety of conditions such as stroke recovery, orthopedic surgery rehabilitation, neurological disorders, lymphedema, pelvic therapy, post-concussion, vestibular and balance services, and more.
• EMR system used: EPIC.
• No call, call-back, or charge responsibilities.
• Holiday and overtime multipliers apply.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• New Hampshire PT license or Compact license (must be uploaded with profile).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification (must be uploaded with profile).
• One supervisory reference from within the past two years of employment (signed and documented).
• Must have own vehicle for this assignment.
• Traveler’s permanent address must be included in the profile.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved at the time of application; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed. Requests after submission or at interview will not be approved and may result in offer rescindment.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience preferred but not required.

• Orientation is non-billable with zero hours required.
