Additional Facility-Specific Requirements

• Must complete BJC Healthcare orientation modules via WorkRamp (approx. 16 hours) prior to start
• HIPAA Acknowledgement, Latex Allergy Questionnaire, Confidentiality Form, Regulatory Compliance Education, Hepatitis B Declination, TB Questionnaire, Hand Hygiene Policy, Fingernail Policy, Dress Code Policy – all must be reviewed and signed prior to start and updated annually
• Badge photo required (head and shoulders, white background, no obstructions, taken within 6 months)
• Various state-specific background and registry checks as applicable (Missouri and Illinois)
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or CPI certification if applicable
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Blue Card or MAB certification if applicable

Work Environment & Expectations
