Job Opportunity: Radiation Therapist (Travel/Contract)
Location: Utica, New York

Job Details
- Unit: Radiation Oncology
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days (0800-1600), with variable hours to accommodate patient schedules
- Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Must be licensed in New York
- Must be able to treat patients using Varian 2300ix and Varian EDGE Truebeam
- Knowledge of Siemens CT large bore for simulation required
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records ARIA and familiarity with EPIC required
- Local radius: 75 miles

Health & Safety Requirements
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start
- Fit Mask test within 1 year of start, updated annually (specific mask types required)
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start (PPD, Quantiferon Gold accepted; Tspot not accepted)
- Immunizations or positive titers required for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (titer, declination, or vaccine series)
- Varicella (positive titer, vaccine, or documented history)
- 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start
- Seasonal Flu Vaccination or Declination (required during flu season)
- Pneumonia Vaccination or Declination (required)
