Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Dayton, Ohio
13-week assignment
Day shift: 4x10 or 5x8 schedule
Start times listed as 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Every 3rd weekend required
Call requirements depend on skill level
Busy unit

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Endoscopy (2 years of experience)
Endoscopy experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Government-issued photo ID required
Current resume/application required
2 references from within 2 years of start are required; 1 must be a manager, supervisor, or charge RN
Skills checklist required within 1 year prior to documentation due date and updated annually
Physical exam required within 2 years of start
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray required
Drug screen required within 12 months prior to documentation due date
Annual health questionnaire required
Candidate agreement required
Respiratory safety clearance required within 1 year of start and renewed annually
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
