Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Montana
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Health and Compliance Requirements

Negative TB testing is required and must be renewed annually.
Drug screening is required within 30 days of start and must be renewed annually.
COVID vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption is required.
Seasonal flu vaccination or documentation is required during the stated flu season, with exemptions accepted.
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation is required.
Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation is preferred.
Fit mask testing is required within 12 months prior to start and must be renewed annually.
Physical exam within 1 year of start is required for Aya Direct.
Drivers license, state ID, government photo ID, or passport is required for accounting documents.
Proof of name change is required if applicable.

Notes

MT state license must be applied for immediately upon offer acceptance.
Temp license is not accepted.
