Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with 1 year of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI

Required Documents and Clearances

• Government-issued photo ID
• Emergency contact form
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Fingerprinting and Pennsylvania Department of Human Services fingerprint results
• Pennsylvania child abuse search
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization documentation
• Negative 15-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or documentation during flu season
• Skills checklist
• Photo for badge
• Facility orientation and compliance documents prior to start

Additional Notes

• Workplace violence prevention training is completed onsite for applicable units.
• COVID exemption options are available for religious or medical reasons.
