Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in New York, New York
- 28-week assignment
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 35 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of healthcare experience
- Experience with pacemaker/ICD interrogation and programming
- Computer literacy
- Verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in cardiac device technology, EP, cardiology, or MRI operations
- Completion of an accredited program in cardiac electrophysiology technology or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in cardiology/electrophysiology
- Ability to educate staff, patients, and families in electrophysiological monitoring
Required Certifications and Licenses
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Current active state license, with no current or pending adverse action
- Current active national tech certification, with no current or pending adverse action
Additional Notes
- EMR documentation and charge entry proficiency is preferred
