Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Montana
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
ARRT

Required Certifications

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
National technical certification verification required for Cath Lab roles
State license verification required within 30 days of start

Additional Compliance Requirements

Background check required within 30 days of start and renewed annually
EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start
Education verification of highest completed education required
Fit mask testing required within 90 days prior to start unless completed onsite
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required and renewed annually
Drug screening required within 30 days of start and renewed annually
COVID vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season

Experience / References

2 references required, including a direct supervisor reference within the last year
Employment application must include 7 years of employment history with explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
