Job Details

Travel/contract assignment in Los Angeles, California
13-week contract
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
40 hours per week
Floating required to other OB/GYN outpatient clinics
No weekend shifts
No on-call shifts
No scheduling requests can be accommodated

Required Qualifications

Valid California LPN / LVN license
2 years of LPN / LVN experience
LPN / LVN experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience in an outpatient setting
Clinic experience
Proficiency with blood draws and lab draws
Proficiency with venipuncture
Secondary OB/GYN questionnaire required

Compliance / Onboarding

Government-issued photo ID required
Background check required within 6 months of start and updated annually
Highest earned medical degree documentation required
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year of start and updated annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug screen required within 1 year of start
2 professional references required, including 1 supervisory reference
Flu vaccination documentation required during flu season; declinations and exemptions are not accepted
Candidate must complete lab work within 48 hours of signing the contract
Fire card training is completed onsite during orientation
Photo for badge required before start
Modules must be completed prior to start
