• 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• NRP
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Documents and Compliance

• Driver’s license or state ID with address and clear photo
• 7-year employment history with any gaps explained
• Current skills checklist, completed within the last year
• Background check and state-specific exclusion screening
• Education verification or diploma/transcript
• Physical exam completed on the facility-specific form
• Fit test
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Drug screen
• Flu vaccination or documentation, if applicable during flu season
• COVID vaccination documentation, if available
• Signed orientation safety acknowledgement
• Signed facility AUP form

Additional Notes

• Some onboarding items must be completed within 24–48 hours of offer acceptance
• Annual updates are required for several compliance items
