Case Manager

Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Randallstown, Maryland
  • Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Every 4th weekend
  • One holiday per year
  • About 3 days of orientation
  • Focus on ED and medical inpatient coverage
  • Contract length: 14 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Maryland
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 2 years of Case Management experience
  • Case Management experience within the last year
  • Experience in an inpatient setting
  • Discharge Planning

Additional Notes

  • Expected to work independently and be ready to start quickly
  • Role is described as case management coverage in partnership with social work
  • No therapists are included in this assignment
