Job Description

• Work in a fast-paced outpatient oncology clinic laboratory.
• Requires autonomy, effective teamwork, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility.
• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5 days a week, 40 hours/week).
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Overtime may be possible.
• Phlebotomy skills required; floating within scope to meet facility needs may be necessary.
• Charting system used: Epic.
• Scrub color: Burgundy/Wine.

Required Qualifications

• Medical Lab Technician with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
• ASCP or AMT certification required.
• South Carolina state license must be obtained prior to start (no pending license accepted).

Additional Information

• Radius rule: 60 miles.
• Locals may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• Facility allows one shift off per two weeks; no call-outs allowed.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated with prior approval but is not guaranteed.
• During hurricane season (June–November, peak in August and September), employees may be assigned to emergency response teams; new assignments during this period should be considered carefully.
