Travel/Contract Registered Nurse (PACU) - Maryland

Location

• City: Bel Air, Maryland

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Shift / Hours

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (07:00 - 19:30)
• Night shifts, every other weekend required
• Holidays required as scheduled

Specialty

• Registered Nurse (PACU)

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• ICU/Critical Care experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted with strong ICU/Critical Care background
• Prior travel experience is NOT required

License & Certifications Required

• Maryland RN state license
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Job Responsibilities / Additional Info

• Floating may be required within PACU specialty, ICU/critical care, and lower acuity areas, including sister hospitals as needed
• Scheduled on-call shifts are not required, but may be placed on on-call status rarely during low census

Required Qualifications & Compliance

• Valid RN license in Maryland
• Minimum 2 years of PACU (Post Anesthesia Care) experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
