Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Alternating shifts:

  • Week 1: 4 days, 10-hour shifts (06:30-17:00)
  • Week 2: 4 days, 10-hour shifts (08:30-19:00)
• Call required: Yes

  • Call week runs Wednesday to Wednesday with a mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts
• Weekend rotation required among staff
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Radiology/Cardiology specialty
• Epic experience required
• No first-time travelers accepted

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT (R) or ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
• State license verification required within 30 days of start

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• Experience with Epic
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), or ARMRIT certification

Additional Requirements

• Background check within 6 months covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
• Drug screening within 30 days of start
• Immunizations and health documents including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray (recent and/or historical with documentation)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption/declination (required Oct 1 – March 31)
• Employment application with 7 years of work history and no gaps over 30 days
• Competency exams and annual updates required (medication, dysrhythmia/EKG, core competencies)

• Call and weekend coverage are mandatory parts of the schedule
