Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology (Travel/Contract)

Location: York, Pennsylvania
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 shifts per week, 9 hours per shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
No weekends, no call required
Shift Type: Day shift
Patient Population: May care for COVID-19 patients
Facility Environment: Tobacco and fragrance-free

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, with at least some experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Competency & Training Requirements

Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam (pass/fail) required for all RNs except OR and Home Health
Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing required
Completion of assigned Learning Management System (LMS) modules on PC/laptop prior to start (cannot be completed on cell phones)
New hire orientation required by end of first day

Loved the people! Found them really easy to work with and they have a lot of very knowledgeable staff members. As long as you know what you’re doing and willing to help out in any way they are more than happy to work with you!

Cons

Sometimes the schedule can be confusing with rotating shifts and call schedules that don’t align well with your scheduled shifts. But again if there is a major concern they’ll try and work with you on it!
