Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Location: Rolla, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Care for adult and geriatric acute medical-surgical patients
Patient conditions include CHF, infections, cardiac catheterization, pacemaker care, pneumonia, stroke, TIA, seizures, UTI, and others
Post-procedure care for pacemaker and cardiac catheterization patients
Experience with thoracentesis, chest tubes, cardiac drips, heparin drips, and peritoneal dialysis
Unit: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry
Schedule: Every Other Week (EOW)

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
State License 1 Verification
