Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Maywood, Illinois
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM, including every third weekend
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Required Qualifications

License: ARRT-CT certification required
Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association certification)
- Fit Test
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (specific drug panel required)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster, declination or exemption; declination not accepted in IL)
- MMR vaccination or immunity proof
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination; declination not accepted in IL)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
- Physical/Health Statement (fit to work exam within last year)
Professional Requirements:
- License/Certificate Verification (must be dated within 30 days of start)
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Trinity I9 form
- Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information & System Security Agreement
- Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Trinity Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) showing valid license
- Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County from last 7 years, SSN verification)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
- GSA/OIG Exclusion check
- Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within a year)
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check
- Trinity System Access Form (must be completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)

Pros

Some of the staff are nice and helpful. Pretty big department.

Cons

Assignments can be heavy, got told I would be Neo/Peds, but I get floated everywhere (adults floors/ICU). Have to pay to park ($2/day) in further garage or $5 in closer garage. And the worst is 8hr assignments!
