Location: Wichita, Kansas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Implement and monitor patient care plans; observe, record, and communicate patient conditions.
Coordinate care across multiple disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a stressful environment.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Mobile Stroke Unit Advanced Certification (MOAB)
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
