Location: Waco, Texas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Job Description

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans; assess, record, and communicate patient conditions.
• Coordinate care among all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with ED experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
• NIH Certification.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
