Job Overview

• Location: Mequon, Wisconsin
• Employment type: LTA
• Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Stepdown (2 years of experience)
• Stepdown experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• NIH Certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Med Surg experience
• Experience with Epic

Work Setting

• Step down nursing role with floating required onsite to the greatest need
• May float within skill set to:

  • Acuity Adaptable Unit
  • Med/Surg
  • Inpatient Rehab
  • ED boarded patients
• May also float to sites within 40 miles if needed

Schedule Notes

• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
